FAQ's
All you need is your credit card or debit card. Every first of the month, automatic withdrawal from your credit card or debit card in the amount of $79 will be charged on a month to month basis until such notice is received.
You may cancel the automatic withdrawal at any time. Just let us know 15 days prior to your billing via email or by phone call.
With our membership, you can upgrade your 60 min session to 90 min for ONLY
$20 ($30 Value)
Members have the privilege to pay just 50% or half the price of any add on / ala carte services. Also, 10% off selected retail products.
Example: If you want to add hot stones to your massage session it will be $17.50 charge instead of $35 (regular non-members price)
An additional 60 min Swedish monthly massage in the same month is ONLY $49

Members have 2 Options:
Option 1: You can roll-over your hour session to the following month. (Only ONE rollover permitted / non-accrual)
Option 2: Can give that session to a friend or family member to use.
Rollover sessions are NON-ACCUMULATIVE and must be used by YOU or gifted to a friend or family each month.
Example: Due to being charged every 1st of the month. If you are unable to come in for June and July and return in August. You are eligible to use your July session and August session in the month of August. (June session cannot be used).
For our members, LATE cancellations WITHOUT rescheduling for future date and time within the month is subjected to a late cancellation fee of $25.
During your birth month, you have the option to choose to ONE add on service to enhance your session FREE OF CHARGE! Must be used IN YOUR Birthday Month ONLY! It is your responsibility to advise us when in your birthday month you would like to use it. If you do not inform us within that month you cannot use it for the following months. You cannot gift it to others.
You are allowed to gift any services to your family and friends UNDER the member’s rate. Example: You can gift a 60 min Swedish massage for the members price of $59. Majority services are discounted for our members. Call for more details.
All members receive 10% off on selected retail purchases.
All members receive 50% off on selected add on/ ala carte services
All members receive priority booking. However, if there is no availability for the day, we highly suggest to pre-book your appointments in advance with our MindBody App, book after your next session or call the spas direct line for the receptionist.
