Your spa treatments are reserved specifically for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CARD TO GUARANTEE A RESERVATION so please have your credit card and/or gift card ready when booking.
YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED UNLESS THERE IS A CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Should you NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, please notify us AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance.
Any cancellations with LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF NOTICE ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50 or the balance due will be charged to your spa account and you will be responsible for paying the balance prior to booking any future services.
Clients who miss their appointments WITHOUT GIVING ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION WILL BE CHARGED HALF THE COST OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
Our cancellation policy extends to gift certificates. If a client MISSES A SCHEDULED GIFT CERTIFICATE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE, THE GIFT CERTIFICATE OR VOUCHER WILL BE CONSIDERED PARTIALLY REDEEMED.
MEMBERS ONLY- Cancellation forgiveness. No cancellation fee for late notices 4 hours of scheduled appointment.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are accepted in cash or card. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your therapist. You can tip with either cash or on credit card. Therapist prefers cash. Gratuity envelopes can be found in all of the treatment rooms. Please leave cash in envelope in room when leaving.
Food/Beverages:
Please be advised that no outside food or beverages may be brought into the spa. Water, tea, and snacks are provided for you to enjoy before and after your service(s).
No Show Policy:
$50 charge to the card on file or spa account. If this balance is on your spa account it must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards:
Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the spa or online at somaticmassagepc.com
Gift CARDS are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift CARDS are not replaceable. Our gift CARDS expire 6 months from date of purchase. All sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, non- exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash and is valid for a single transaction only.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as all spa finder gift cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Returns/ Exchanges:
Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged.
No Pets:
We love our pets, too! However, under no circumstances are pets allowed within the facility.
Cell Phone Usage: Out of consideration for our guests, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa.
Age Policy:
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian consent and parent/guardian must be present in treatment room during service. Also, Somatic Massage loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
Spa Etiquette:
We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full-service fee. In addition, Somatic Massage Is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
