Appointment Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting our appointment policies. By scheduling with us, you agree to adhere to these guidelines:

Reservation Guarantee:

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 100% cost of the scheduled service for no-shows.

Member Benefit:

Members enjoy cancellation forgiveness with no fee for late notices within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift certificates are a thoughtful gesture, but please be mindful of scheduled appointments. Missed appointments without prior notification will result in full redemption of the gift certificate. And gift cards are Non-Refundable.

Gratuities:

If you’re pleased with your service, gratuities of 15-20% of the full menu price are customary. You can tip in cash or on your card, although our therapists prefer cash. Envelopes for gratuities are available in all treatment rooms.

Food & Beverages:

For your comfort, we provide water, tea, and snacks. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

No Show Policy:

A $50 charge will be applied to the card on file or spa account for no-shows. Outstanding balances must be settled before your next appointment.

Gift Cards:

Our spa gift cards make perfect presents, but please note they are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and expire 6 months from purchase.

Payment Methods:

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and spa finder gift cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges:

Unopened products can be returned for spa credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

No Pets Policy:

We adore animals, but we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home.

Cell Phone Courtesy:

To maintain a tranquil environment, please silence your cell phone upon arrival and speak softly throughout your visit.

Age Policy:

Guests under 18 require parental consent, and children under 12 are not permitted in the spa without an appointment.

Spa Etiquette:

Arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may receive reduced appointment times and will be charged the full service fee. We are not liable for lost or stolen property. Please note that services and retail products are subject to change without prior notice.
