Joining is simple. Choose either the Wellness Membership or Duo Membership and enroll using a valid credit or debit card. Membership payments are processed automatically on the first of each month.
Wellness Membership: $85 per month

You may pause or cancel your membership by providing at least 15 days’ notice before your next billing date. Requests may be submitted by phone or email. Your membership will remain active, and any eligible unused credits will stay on your account according to the membership terms.
Yes. Members may upgrade an eligible 60-minute massage to 90 minutes for an additional $30 per service. Advance booking is recommended, and 90-minute appointments may require assistance from the spa.

Yes. Members may book an additional 60-minute Swedish Massage during the same month for the preferred member rate of $85, compared with the regular $125 price. Additional appointments are subject to availability and are separate from your monthly membership credit.
You may roll over one unused monthly service credit to the following month. Only one rollover credit may be held at a time, and unused credits do not continue accumulating.
You may also transfer the unused service to a family member or friend, subject to membership terms and front-desk verification.
Only one unused monthly service credit may roll over at a time. Rollover credits do not accumulate from month to month.
For example, if you miss June and July and return in August, you may use your July rollover credit and your August monthly credit. The unused June credit would no longer be available.
A valid rollover credit may be used by you or transferred to a family member or friend, subject to membership terms and front-desk verification.
Members who cancel late and do not reschedule their appointment for another available date and time within the same month will be charged a $25 late-cancellation fee. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. No-shows and other cancellation-policy violations may be handled according to Somatic’s standard cancellation terms.
During your birthday month, you may choose one eligible add-on at no additional charge to enhance your scheduled service. The birthday enhancement must be requested and used during your birthday month, is limited to one per member, and cannot be transferred or carried over to a future month.
Yes. Members may purchase eligible spa gift cards for family or friends at preferred member pricing. Pricing varies by service, so please call the spa at 516-686-9557 or text 516-530-8234 for the current member gift-card rate and assistance with your purchase.
