By scheduling an appointment with Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the policies applicable to your reservation.
A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling, changing, or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments cancelled, changed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments and no-shows, are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that unexpected emergencies may occur. Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa and does not waive the policy for future appointments.
A guest who does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not provide notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
When a gift card, spa credit, package, promotional certificate, or membership service was used to secure the appointment, the applicable service or value may be redeemed or deducted.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled or received.
Membership reservations remain subject to Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa’s appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies.
Membership services, credits, rollover privileges, late-cancellation benefits, pauses, and cancellations are governed by the terms of the applicable membership agreement.
A membership benefit or exception does not apply to no-shows unless expressly stated in the membership agreement.
Somatic gift cards are non-refundable and may be used toward eligible services or retail products.
Gift cards do not expire earlier than permitted under applicable New York State law. Any cash redemption required by law will be honored.
Gift cards have no cash value except where cash redemption is legally required.
A gift card used to reserve an appointment may be charged or redeemed in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies.
Please safeguard your gift-card number and purchasing information. Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use. When sufficient purchase information is available, we will make a reasonable effort to locate the original transaction.
Promotional offers, donated certificates, complimentary services, special-event offers, discounts, and other promotional incentives may have separate eligibility requirements, restrictions, service limitations, or valid-use periods where legally permitted.
Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in, restroom use, and completion of any required forms.
New guests and guests receiving specialized services may be asked to arrive earlier.
Failure to complete required forms may delay the appointment or prevent the service from being performed.
Appointments begin and end at their scheduled times.
Late arrival may reduce the hands-on treatment time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full scheduled service price will remain due.
When a guest arrives too late for a service to be performed safely, properly, or effectively, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable fee may be charged.
Guests must accurately complete all required intake, consent, and waiver forms before receiving services.
Please inform your provider of any pregnancy, recent surgery, injury, medical condition, allergy, medication, skin condition, infection, illness, or change in health that may affect treatment.
Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa may modify, postpone, discontinue, or decline a service when a provider determines that the treatment may be unsafe, medically inappropriate, outside the provider’s professional scope, or unsuitable without medical clearance.
Providing incomplete or inaccurate health information may result in cancellation or modification of the service.
Massage therapy and spa services are not substitutes for emergency care, medical diagnosis, or treatment from a physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Guests under 18 require advance approval and written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to remain on the premises or in the treatment room, depending on the minor’s age, the requested service, and the provider’s professional judgment.
Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa may decline or modify any service for a minor when the service is considered inappropriate or cannot be provided safely.
Children who are not receiving a scheduled service should not accompany a guest unless advance arrangements have been approved by the spa.
Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa does not provide childcare. Children may not be left unattended anywhere on the premises.
To protect guest privacy and maintain a quiet environment, additional visitors are not permitted in treatment rooms unless approved in advance.
Payment is due when services or retail products are provided.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eligible Somatic gift cards, and SpaFinder gift cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Outstanding cancellation fees, no-show charges, product balances, or other amounts owed must be settled before the guest’s next appointment.
Gratuities are optional and always appreciated.
Guests may leave a gratuity in cash or add one to an eligible card or digital-wallet transaction. Any suggested percentages are provided only for convenience and are not mandatory.
Gift cards do not include gratuity unless expressly stated.
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned for spa credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
Opened, used, damaged, clearance, special-order, and final-sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, body-care, personal-care, or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Defective products will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law and manufacturer requirements.
Complimentary water or tea may be available during your visit.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance for a medical, accessibility, or scheduled-event need.
Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically authorized as part of an approved private event and allowed by applicable law.
To preserve a peaceful spa environment, please silence mobile devices upon arrival and keep conversations at a respectful volume.
Phone calls should be taken outside the treatment and relaxation areas.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted in treatment rooms or other private spa areas without advance permission.
Guests may not photograph or record employees or other guests without their consent.
Pets are not permitted inside the spa.
Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Guests requiring an accommodation are encouraged to contact the spa before the appointment so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Service animals must remain under the handler’s control. Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa is not responsible for supervising or caring for a service animal.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Please avoid bringing valuables to the spa. Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa is not responsible for belongings that are lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, or left behind, to the extent permitted by law.
Items left behind may be discarded or donated after a reasonable holding period.
Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, sexually suggestive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
A service may be ended immediately if a guest violates professional boundaries, behaves inappropriately, or creates a safety concern. The guest may remain responsible for the full service price and may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments.
Services, providers, treatment availability, pricing, promotions, business hours, and operational procedures may change when necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed reservations. However, Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa reserves the right to substitute a qualified provider, modify a treatment, reschedule an appointment, or discontinue a service when operational, professional, health, or safety considerations require it.
By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa, guests acknowledge and agree to the policies applicable to their appointment or purchase.
The policy in effect at the time of booking or purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
