Your session will usually be shortened to finish at its scheduled end time so the guest booked after you isn’t affected, and the full service price still applies. More than fifteen minutes late may mean rescheduling with a late cancellation fee.
No — it’s measured from your appointment time. A cancellation sent at 11pm for a 2pm appointment the following day is still inside the window and still counts as a late cancellation.
