Appointments cancelled, changed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments and no-shows, are subject to the cancellation policy disclosed during booking and in our Spa Policies & Appointment Guidelines.
Applicable charges may be made to the payment method on file or deducted from an eligible membership service, package, spa credit, promotional certificate, or gift card used to secure the reservation.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Somatic and its authorized payment processor to apply properly disclosed cancellation, late-change, or no-show charges in accordance with the policy applicable to your reservation.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate service descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and other information. However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, omissions, or incorrect pricing may occasionally appear.
Somatic reserves the right to correct an error, update information, cancel an incorrectly priced transaction, or contact a guest before completing a transaction, subject to applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include gratuities.
The price and terms presented during the completed booking or purchase process will control when they differ from general informational content elsewhere on the Website, subject to applicable law.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, eligible Somatic gift cards, and SpaFinder gift cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Payments processed through third-party platforms are also subject to the terms, security procedures, and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted for a purchase or reservation. You agree to pay all properly disclosed charges associated with your purchase, reservation, cancellation, late change, or no-show.
Somatic gift cards are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and our posted Spa Policies & Appointment Guidelines.
Gift cards are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Gift cards will not expire earlier than permitted under applicable New York State law. Any cash redemption required by applicable law will be honored.
Gift cards have no cash value except where cash redemption is required by law.
A gift card used to secure an appointment may be charged or redeemed in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy applicable to the reservation.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding gift-card numbers and purchasing information. Somatic is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift-card information except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
When sufficient purchase information is available, Somatic will make a reasonable effort to locate the original transaction.
Promotions, discounts, donated certificates, introductory offers, complimentary services, contests, packages, memberships, and special-event offers may have separate eligibility requirements, redemption periods, exclusions, service restrictions, or other conditions where legally permitted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
Promotions and special pricing are subject to availability and may apply only to designated services, providers, dates, or booking methods.

Memberships, packages, prepaid services, credits, rollover privileges, shared benefits, freezes, cancellations, upgrades, and related benefits are governed by the applicable written membership or package terms.
