What Is the Body Reset & Sculpt Program?
Body Reset & Sculpt is a personalized body-wellness and cosmetic contouring program. It is designed around your individual goals rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment menu.
Depending on your assessment and eligibility, your recommendation may incorporate appropriate services already available at Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa. Because every client is different, the services, frequency and number of sessions may vary.
This is not a medical weight-loss program, and we do not promise a specific amount of weight, fat or inches lost. Our focus is helping you establish a thoughtful body-care plan centered on comfort, consistency, wellness support and visible progress that can be monitored over time.

Clients who are ready to move forward can book a private 20-minute Body Reset & Sculpt Assessment for $25.
During the assessment, we will:
• Discuss what you would like to improve
• Review your preferred focus areas
• Consider your comfort, timeline and relevant health information
• Explain which available options may be appropriate
• Recommend a starting plan and suggested frequency
• Answer questions before you commit to a program
The assessment is a consultation and planning appointment, not a treatment session. Your $25 assessment fee may be credited toward an eligible recommended program purchased within seven days.

A Personalized Plan—Not a One-Size-Fits-All Package
Body contouring should not begin with a client randomly selecting a machine or package.
Your recommendation should make sense for your goals, health information and ability to remain consistent. One client may be primarily concerned with temporary puffiness, while another may want to focus on the appearance of skin texture or prepare for an event.
That is why we assess before recommending.
Your personalized plan may include measurements and other appropriate ways to monitor progress. Individual responses vary, and no particular cosmetic or wellness outcome can be guaranteed.
Can HSA or FSA Funds Be Used?
Eligible clients may be able to use HSA or FSA funds for qualifying care through Somatic’s Truemed option.
Eligibility is not guaranteed, and not every service or purchase qualifies. Clients must complete Truemed’s eligibility process and follow the requirements of their individual HSA or FSA plan.
Ask us for the Truemed information if you would like to explore whether your recommended care may qualify.
Earn Somatic Rewards While Caring for Yourself
Body Reset & Sculpt clients may also be able to earn Somatic Rewards points on eligible spending and attended appointments.
Rewards can later be redeemed for select wellness enhancements and spa add-ons, subject to current program terms. This allows your consistent care to create additional value over time.

What If I Recently Had Surgery?
Body Reset & Sculpt is not a substitute for Somatic’s specialized post-operative care.
If you recently underwent a cosmetic or medical procedure, are pregnant or nursing, have a significant health condition, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate, please contact our Spa Concierge before booking.
