Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for Most retail products, skincare items, wellness products, gift sets, and online purchases qualify for in-store or curbside pickup subject to product availability. . Pickups are available Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: Closed. Customers will receive a confirmation notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and order confirmation at the time of pickup. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled or restocked at management discretion.

We offer shipping at the following rates:

	Standard Shipping 3–7 Business Days

0–4 lb	14.95

5+ lb	Calculated at Checkout

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages that require reshipment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
