Start gentle exfoliation two to three days after your appointment and continue two or three times a week, keep the skin moisturized, and avoid tight clothing in the first day or two.
Skip hot tubs, saunas, swimming pools, intense workouts, direct sun exposure, and heavy products on the area. Loose clothing on the first day makes a real difference to comfort and irritation.
